Are you stuck in a rut and unsure where to turn with your fitness routine? Do you consider yourself relatively experienced when it comes to exercise and physical activity? If so, fitness coaching may be for you. This type of programming is best suited for someone who does not require one-on-one training and is very self-motivated but programs can be modified for any fitness level. Coaching plans are available at a frequency of your choosing. 


Pricing

  • Initial face-to-face intake assessment ($60).

  •  4-week workout plan = $150

  • 8-week workout plan = $250

  • 12-week workout plan = $400
