TrX Training

TRX is a unique type of training that teaches you to use your core on essentially every exercise you complete. Work 1-on-1 with a TRX Qualified Trainer to improve your core strength, tone up, and burn body fat at the same time. Group classes are also available for 2-6 participants.  


Pricing

Initial Assessment= $60

This includes:

  •  A 60-minute intake session consisting of a Fitness and Nutrition Questionnaire, PAR-Q, Goal Setting, Body Composition Testing, a Functional Assessment and a Fitness Assessment.

  • After assessment, a 30-minute training session is scheduled

  • Call, email, or text for various packages and prices. Prices vary by group size, session length, amount purchased, training frequency, and location.
